【重点、难点点拨】

　1．本单元的核心教学内容是“询问时间”——What's the time?
　也可以说What time is it? 回答用It's…. 这里“It”是指时间。

　例如：
　What's the time?　　　　　　　　几点了？
　It's ten o'clock.　　　　　　　十点种了。
　答语还可能出现以下的实际情况，
　例如：
　What time is it now?　　　　　　现在几点了？
　Sorry, I don't know. / I don't have a watch.　对不起，我不知道/ 我没有手表。

　2．学习句型It's time to _____.
　这个句型是提醒别人“是做某事的时候了”。后面须接动词原型。
例如：
　　It's time to play games.　　　该做游戏了。
　It's time to go home.　　　是回家的时候了。
3．初步学习情态动词must。
　must是“应该；必须”的意思。后面须接动词原型。例如：
　I must go to school now.　　　现在我必须上学了。
　You must look after your new watch.　　你应该保管好你的新手表。
　另外，let's “让我们（做某事）”句型后面也是接动词原型。
例如：
　Let's ask the policeman.　我们去问问警察吧。

【重点、难点例题解析】

1．选择填空。

解析：
　　go there 去那儿，go home回家，go to school上学，go to bed睡觉等词组都是固定词组，不能在前两个词组后面加to，也不能在后两个词组to的后面加the。如果要说去某个地方，那不是固定词组，就需要在to的后面加特指的某处，即在要去的地方前加the。如go to the park 去公园，go to the shop去商店，go to the classroom去教室等等。本题正确答案是B项。

2．用所给词的适当形式填空。
　A:It's time _____(go) to the reading－room(阅览室).
　B:　Let's _____.(go)　
解析：
　　第一个空应填to go，因为It's time… 的句型后须接to加动词原型。(这个句型还有一个用法是：It's time for + 名词，以后再讲。)　第二个空应填go, 因为Let's 后面就是接动词原型，不用to。

3．把下面的句子重写，不改变句意。
　Give your teacher that book, please.

解析：
　　“把……给某人” 的句型可以说Give sb.(某人) sth.(某事)　也可以说Give sth. to sb. 本题可以说: Give that book to your teacher, please.
